  • Contingency Fee: In the event of a successful recovery, our fee is a percentage of the recovered amount as specified in your individual Client Service Agreement. The exact percentage will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any work commences.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as may be agreed upon. All payments must be made within the timeframe specified in your Client Service Agreement.
  • Third-Party Costs: In certain cases, third-party costs such as legal filing fees, court costs, or specialized forensic services may be required. Such costs will be discussed with you in advance and require your written approval before being incurred.

We are committed to full transparency regarding all fees and costs. You will never be charged for services without prior written agreement.

5. User Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to the following obligations:

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

VirelixaGlobal takes the confidentiality of your information seriously. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  • All information shared with us during the course of your case is treated as strictly confidential
  • We execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request to formalize confidentiality obligations
  • Our team members are bound by internal confidentiality agreements and professional ethics standards
  • Information is shared only on a need-to-know basis with authorized personnel and third parties essential to your case

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VirelixaGlobal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from delays or failures in asset recovery
  • Damages arising from third-party actions or inactions
  • Damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you

No Guarantees: While we strive for the best possible outcome in every case, we do not guarantee the successful recovery of any assets. The outcome of each case depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including the nature of the fraud, jurisdictional limitations, and the availability of recoverable assets.

Our total liability in any matter arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to VirelixaGlobal for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

  • By the Client: You may terminate your engagement with VirelixaGlobal at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees owed for services already rendered and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
  • By VirelixaGlobal: We may terminate our services if you breach any provision of these Terms, fail to cooperate with our team, provide false or misleading information, or if we determine that your case is not viable for recovery.
  • Mutual Agreement: Both parties may agree to terminate the engagement at any time by mutual written consent.

Upon termination, we will provide you with a summary of work completed and return any original documents in our possession within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, USA.

You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the venue of such courts on the grounds of forum non conveniens or otherwise.
